Exchanges and Refunds

Payment
I accept all forms of payment through PayPal and Stripe. However, if you are having an issue completing payment through either of the aforementioned methods, feel free to contact me to arrange an e-transfer. I am more than glad to accommodate!
Shipping
Upon receipt of an order, the package/parcel will be shipped via Canada Post within 3-6 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number, wherein which you may track your package. Depending on location, the package should arrive within 5-10 business days. However, if you are outside of Canada, the delivery time may increase. Please be advised that once a package has shipped to your confirmed address, I am not responsible for any damage or misdelivery (parcels lost or intercepted) that may occur, as such instances are understandably outside of my control.
